The Port of San Diego is developing its Port Master Plan Update (PMPU), a plan that determines the future of the Port. Two of our communities, Logan and National City, are located next to the Port and are impacted by its activities – especially by the pollution they generate. EHC is advocating to ensure the PMPU includes stronger environmental justice rules that protect our communities.
